Origin of Yoga and Swami Sivananda

We are a Yoga studio certified by the International Sivananda Yoga Vedanta Center, initially based in Póvoa de Varzim since 2018. At the moment we work online and in person, as well as through local and seasonal events. We work on the transpersonality of the person in a dive into the internal world, facing life as a process of human and spiritual emancipation. She considers that her spiritual development process started as a human being, since (and before) she was born. The initiation and knowledge of the philosophy of yoga created a new path of the sacred through the body, progressively through Sudarshan Kriya, Kriya Yoga, Tantra Yoga and Hatha Yoga. All this path and internal experience allowed him to develop this project of humanization to others - Sophia Estúdio. Completing this project is the Transpersonal Facilitation Course for Women and Transpersonal Family Constellations applied to individual and group consultation, in a systemic and transgenerational approach, with a view to transpersonal and spiritual transformation.
