YogaHaat is a customer centric organization. We take pride in providing high-quality and genuine products. We take into account every detail to ensure that our products are of premium quality so as to maintain our customer satisfaction.

If in the event you are not satisfied for any reason with the product, you can inform us regarding the return of the product within 7 days from the date of receipt to initiate a full refund. You can initiate the return by reporting the issue to us on yogahaat@gmail.com

In case you are not satisfied with the quality/authenticity of the products purchased or if the product is damaged during shipping, we will give a refund or exchange if the following criteria are met:-

1. Before return or exchange let us know in detail with the reason of return or exchange.
2. Once your return and refund request has been acknowledged by us, you can initiate a return of your package as per instructions given to you by our customer care team.
3. Refunds will be initiated upon receipt of the complete package.
   Please send us an email at yogahaat@gmail.com before initiating the return. We recommend you to send the product via a reliable courier service with a tracking number. Return shipping charges will be paid by the customer. We are not responsible for lost or damaged packages. Lost and damaged packages will not be refunded.

1. Returns /Refunds 

We accept returns only if the product  you received is damage (for damage issue customers have to email or contact us on the same day of delivery ) only then refund will be applicable otherwise we cannot offer you a refund .
Upon receipt of the returned item, we will fully examine it and notify you via email, within a reasonable period of time, whether you are entitled to a return. If you are entitled to a return, we will refund your product price and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment.
Only regular priced items may be refunded. Sale items are non-refundable.

2. Exchanges

We only exchange goods if they are defective or damaged . In circumstances where you consider that a product is defective, you should promptly email us at: yogahaat@gmail.com with details of the product and the defect. You can send the item you consider defective to:

Upon receipt of the returned product, we will fully examine it and notify you via email, within a reasonable period of time, whether you are entitled to a replacement as a result of the defect or not. If you are eligible, we will send you a replacement product.

3. Exceptions

•  Some items are non-refundable and non-exchangeable.
• The Appearances , Dimensions and Weight of “Brass Statues” or other man made items can vary because of its hand made procedures. and the company will not entertain any claim regarding exchange or refund of such products.

4. Cancellation Of Order

For cancelling the order,customers have to email us or contact us within 18 hours of placing the order to get a full Amount Refund also once shipment is dispatched then there will be no cancellation.

5. Shipping

Note:
Refunds do not include any shipping and handling charges shown on the packaging slip or invoice. Shipping charges for all returns must be prepaid and insured by you. You are responsible for any loss or damage to hardware during shipment. Shipping and handling charges are not refundable. Any amounts refunded will not include the cost of shipping.
The Refund will be credited  within 7 working days. (If the mode of refund is by Credit/Debit Card or Net Banking, please allow 14 working days for the credit to appear in your account )
